Now you can combine up to 10 photos and videos in one post and swipe through to see them all
Have you ever felt constrained sharing multiple photos on Instagram? We’ve all tried compiling several pictures into a collage before posting them, however the outcome isn’t as aesthetically pleasing as we’d want it to be. Instagram has now rolled out a new feature on Thursday, allowing you to share your photos in a single album- much like Facebook’s ‘album’ feature.
According to Tech Crunch, the popular app has been testing on the feature since earlier of this month.
“Now you can combine up to 10 photos and videos in one post and swipe through to see them all,” said Instagram in a press statement.
Previously, only advertisers were able to share a gallery. But now, with the new update, all users worldwide can do the same.
Users can now choose up to 10 pictures from their gallery and upload them as an album on their timeline. Filters can also be added to each individual photo in the album.
As for advertisers, Instagram has increased the carousel ad limit to 10 photos or videos with a brand new design.
Followers can now slide through the various photos and like each one individually it as they go.
